Building on this foundation, I have accumulated 2 years of practical experience in the field of massage therapy. Alongside my holistic health practitioner training, I have specialized in various techniques such as Thai Massage, Trigger Point therapy, Tuina, CranioSacral Therapy, Lymphatic Drainage, and shiatsu.
